Event Notification: Franklin County Crash; St. Albans Town, I-89 South, I89 BR88-2-D St. Albans Town to MM 113.4;Affected Lanes: All lanes closed I-89 SB is CLOSED between the Exit 19 off and on ramps due to a crash. Expect delays in the area. Traffic is being detoured off exit 19 and then immediately back on from the exit 19 on ramp.
