Burlington - Conserve Water Notice (Issued 1/29/22)

The Burlington Drinking Water Plant is experiencing sustained high demand for water. All known breaks have been isolated, but the sustained demand means that there must be another substantial main break that has not yet surfaced.

We need your help to:
1) please conserve non-essential water use until future notice and
2) email DPWCommunications@burlingtonvt.gov if you have noticed any changes in your water pressure in the last 24 hours (and are outside the Shore/Dale road existing water break vicinity). In the email subject line please provide your address and the date and time at which you noticed these changes. Unless urgent, we request that you do not call the Water plant at this time.

We will update. Thank you.
