Water Main Break and Street Closure
Berlin St. closed at Railroad St. and John St. The City of Barre Water system has experienced a significant leak on Berlin St at about 1:20 PM today. Staff are actively working to isolate the leak and restore water pressure to affected areas on West Hill. Berlin ST is closed from Railroad Street to John St. Please seek alternate routes. The location and character of the break are not fully known, but repairs are expected to occur within the next 24 hours.
