Town of Charlotte, VT. A winter storm alert has been issued for the Town of Charlotte beginning this evening and continuing into Saturday, December 24th. High winds are expected with power outages possible. If a power outage, the Charlotte Senior Center will be open as a warming center tomorrow, December 23rd from 8 a.m. to noon. No pets please. Call 211 for information on shelters and transportation for extended power outages.
