Town of Charlotte - Traffic Impact. Motorists can expect lane closures in the vicinity of active construction operations along Route 7 in Charlotte throughout the week of 7/31 during nighttime work hours - 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Milling operations will begin on Sunday, 7/31 near Ridge Road and progress north. Traffic control personnel will be onsite helping to direct the flow of traffic.
