Shelburne, VT: The annual Halloween Parade will occur today, October, 31 at 2 PM starting from the Shelburne Shopping Park and follows the 1.8 mile route along Falls Road to Bacon Drive then to Mount Philo Road. Parade will finish back at the Shelburne Shopping Park. Expect delays and seek alternate routes.
