The Chester Police Department is looking for a missing 80 year old Hispanic male - Jose "Papa" Carrillo, last seen on foot in the area of Flamstead Road in Chester, VT. He is five foot four inches tall and approximately 140 pounds. Last seen wearing dark blue jeans, baseball cap, and a blue jacket. Anyone with information is asked to call the State Police at 802 722 4600.
