Mary Cartier, 83 yo female is missing from the Town of Brandon. Missing since 8:30 on 6/27. Last seen walking south on Route 7 in Brandon. Last seen wearing light colored clothing, walks with shuffle. 5'3", 90-100lbs. Shoulder length grey hair. Blue eyes. Non-verbal and has dementia.
