Today is Tuesday August 4th, 2020. As a precautionary measure, this is a reminder to all Barre City downtown business and property owners and tenants, including homes susceptible to flooding, to start preparing for the possibility of flooding due to Tropical Storm Isaias, or at least monitor your properties through the evening and early morning hours. This is the time to prepare basements that routinely flood. If you use your basement for storage, now is the time to remove things from the floor.
